we would like to invite you to join us for a Summer Solstice Nightwalk on Monday 21st June to mark the shifting cityscape by recalling its past. For five years we have continued to re-tread our habitual routes through Bethnal Green. In that time some of the once-forgotten and abandoned places have been reconfigured and exposed; new buildings built, others burned or demolished; new corners of the city have become isolated, dirty or annexed. Join us for the 2010 re-walking to attempt our original route, identify the new sights and the remaining gaps in the known through which to slip.

Please meet us on Monday the 21st June at 8.30pm, on the corner of Russia Lane and Bishops Way, E2, where the walk will begin. Nearest tube to the start is Bethnal Green, or Buses 254, 106, 55, 26, 48, D6 and D3, or Cambridge Heath overground.
